About event
Launched in 2021 by KMS Technology Vietnam, MoveIT is a nationwide online sports playground for the IT community, where every step you take contributes not only to your health but also to meaningful social impact.
This year, MoveIT expands to three sports: Running – Cycling – Swimming, giving you more ways to stay active and challenge yourself.
With the message “Push Your Limits. Power the Planet”, every activity you complete will be converted into points, with 1 Point = 2,026 VND will be contributed by KMS Technology to power environmental initiatives that raise awareness, spark action, and nurture a more sustainable future for IT students in Vietnam.

RULES & POLICY
Run, cycle, or swim daily
Track your activities via Strava
Point conversion:
- 1 km swimming = 5 Points
- 5 km running = 5 Points (~1 km running = 1 Point)
- 10 km cycling = 5 Points (~1 km cycling = 0.5 Point)
- Rounding rule: Points are rounded down to the nearest integer
- Minimum distance: Swimming: ≥ 1 km, Running: ≥ 5 km, Cycling: ≥ 10 km
- Valid pace: Running: 3:00 – 15:00 min/km, Swimming: 1:00 – 6:00 min/100m, Cycling: 10 – 45 km/h
- Participants may complete multiple activities per day. Points will be accumulated throughout the duration of the event.
- If multiple activities overlap in time within the same day, all overlapping activities will be disqualified, and only the earliest activity will be counted.

Prize
Individual prizes:
- 1st Place (Male/Female): 2,000,000 VND
- 2nd Place (Male/Female): 1,500,000 VND
- 3rd Place (Male/Female): 1,000,000 VND
- Top 10 earliest 14-day streak finishers: 500,000 VND
- The Top 250 participants with the highest total points and at least 50 Points will receive the official MoveIT 2026 Finisher T-shirt.
