This Virtual race is Pre-race for THE BIG RACE DAY of POCARI SWEAT RUN 2022 at SALA, Ho Chi Minh in 20 November 2022!

PROMOTION WHEN BUYING PSR2022 - VIRTUAL RACE TICKET

Pocari Sweat Run 2022 will be happened in November this year!  To remark the 4th year, we decided to organize the first virtual race to create a playground for all runners across Vietnam without being limited by location and create opportunities for runners to practice in the Pre-race to get best results in upcoming BIG DAY in this November.

DISTANCE

  • 10 KM: For runners greater than or equal to 16 years old (as of May 15, 2022)
  • 21 KM: For runners greater than or equal to 18 years old (as of May 15, 2022)

Entrance fee

  • Entrance fee: 200,000 VND (for 10 KM and 21 KM distances)
  • Registration time: 
    • From March 15, 2022 to the end of  May 8,2022 (individual registration)
    • From March 15, 2022 to the end of  May 3,2022 (group registration)
  • Number of registration: Each account can only register 1 time with 1 distance
  • The system will close registration as soon as the number of participants is reached. Entrance fee includes VAT. 

About issuing invoices:

1. Issue invoices for individuals

  • After successful registration, in case the runner needs the Organizer to issue an online invoice, please send a request within 07 days from the date of successful ticket purchase to email: support@irace.vn with the Subject: Invoice request - Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual. In which the email content includes: Order code; invoice information.
  • The costs related to the invoice are included in the entrance fee, the runner does not need to pay ANY other costs.

2. In case companies/organizations want to buy group ticket:

  • In case the companies/organizations want to buy group ticket, please send a request to email: support@irace.vn with subject: Register to buy group ticket - Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual. In which, the email content includes information about the companies/ organizations and the number of tickets to be purchased.
  • After completing the contract signing and payment, iRace will provide the code corresponding to the booked ticket number, the company/organization will transfer the code to the members to register for the race on iRace.

PSR 2022 - Virtual will have watering stations for runners who want to run together at the race.

Runners present at the watering locations of PSR 2022 - Virtual will be fully replenished with the cool Pocari ion supplement drink to add endurance to conquer their challenges.

2.3 Pocari Talented runner:  

Only 1 prize for all participants. 

Runner runs in the time required by PSR22 - Virtual to form a map image of the "Pocari Wave" (image below). 1 runner with the most similar and most creative map selected by the Organizer will receive 3 cases of 500ml + 3 cases of 330ml CAN.

Rule

1. CONDITION OF ATTENDANCE

  • For safety, all runners must satisfy the age requirements for the respective distance as below to register (count on running day 15/05/2022)
    • Distance of 10Km: Runners greater than or equal to 16 years old.
    • Distance of 21Km: Runners greater than or equal to 18 years old.
  • Any runner below the age of 18 as of 15/05/2022 is required for confirmation of parental/guardian consent. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the competition results and disclaim responsibility for runners that fails to complete the aforementioned requirements.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY 

That is an important document that affects your legal rights and obligations. Please read it carefully. By registering to buy tickets of Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual means that you agree to the terms in these minutes:

1. After considering that the Organizer of the Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual accepted me to participate in the Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual held on May 15, 2022 (after this referred to as the "Virtual Race"), I agree in writing to waive these rights to claim, claim and assume this risk.

2. I have read and understand the rules of the Virtual Race and the information related to the Virtual Race at the website pocarisweatrun.com.vn and the Pocari Sweat Run 2022 - Virtual Disclaimer.

3. I understand that participating in the Virtual Race requires physical training and preparation. I declare that I have exercised enough for this Virtual Race. I am not aware of any illness, injury or physical inability to cause injury or death to me while participating in Virtual Race.

4. If I become aware of a health problem or become ill or injured before or during the Virtual Race, I will withdraw from the Virtual Race.

5. I acknowledge and understand that while participating in the Virtual Race:

  • I may be injured, physically or mentally, or die from various reasons, including, but not limited to, excessive exertion, dehydration, heart attack, slip, trip or fall. , accidents with pedestrians or accidents caused by my actions;
  • My personal property may be lost or damaged;
  • I may cause injury to others or damage their property;
  • Virtual race conditions are subject to change without prior notice;
  • I assume the risk and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage due to my participation in the Virtual Race.

6. To participate in the Virtual Race, I do not need to be present at the location designated by the Organizer. Therefore, I pledge to take all responsibility for the place I choose to participate in the Virtual Race and strictly follow the epidemic prevention measures when participating in the Virtual Race. I will take full responsibility for any problems arising from disease outbreaks (community spread or infection during participation).

7. I agree to release and hold harmless the Virtual Race organizers, officials, employees, agents, volunteers, contract partners, public authorities and sponsors from any claim, demand, interest or cause of action, suit, expense and proceeding of any kind, made by me, or on my behalf or by other parties, resulting from any injury, loss, damage or death occurring to me or my property as a result of my participation in the Virtual Race, whether by negligence, disruption contract or any other reason.

8. I also agree that if I am injured or my property is damaged, I will not seek compensation, claim for liability or otherwise from the organizers of the Virtual Race with that injury and damage.

9. I agree to allow my Virtual Race name, results, photos, videos, multimedia, or movies to be used for any lawful purpose by the race organizers without payment fees or compensation.

10. I confirm that the Virtual Race Organizer may cancel the Virtual Race due to disease conditions, weather, safety conditions, terrorist activities, supernatural issues, and unforeseen circumstances that the Organizer cannot foresee. In such cases, my entry fee will not be refunded or processed according to the Organizer's instructions.

11. I agree to abide by the rules of the Virtual Race as published on the Pocari Sweat Run website pocarisweatrun.com.vn and the instructions of the Organizer.

12. I undertake that the information I provide to Organizer through the ticketing system is correct; if there is any difference, I will take full responsibility.

3. RACE KIT

  • Race kit will be delivered to the address provided by the runners before May 12, 2022 after completing registration and receiving a successful registration confirmation email from iRace.
  • Delivery time may be slower than expected for a number of reasons such as: Customer address is not correct, Customer is not at home, Delivery staff cannot contact customer, natural disaster, fire, ... If for reasons of the Organizer, we will contact the runners to re-arrange a reasonable delivery time.
  • In case the runners have not received the race kit after the expected time, please give feedback to us so that the organizers can take the fastest remedial measures.
  • If the Racekit is damaged by transportation, within 1 day the runners need to provide the following information to the organizers:
    • Order number / bill of lading and photo of bill of lading confirmation of delivery to the carrier.
    • A photo of the condition of the packaging when the goods are delivered to the runner.
    • Photo or video recording the damaged part of the goods inside that makes the product unable to be used/operated normally.

4. RULE OF PARTICIPATION 

  • Runners must finish equal to or more than the registered distance. Distances cannot be changed after the race has started.
  • Results are only recorded between 4:00 am and 12:00 pm on May 15, 2022. Results submitted besides this time will not be counted.
  • Results are not cumulative, if there are many results, the organizer will choose the valid result with the fastest completion time.
  • Treadmill results are not accepted.
  • iRace only takes results from Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, or Suunto associated with the runner account so participants must connect these applications to the iRace platform.
  • The valid Pace (minutes to complete 1km) must not be less than 3.00 and greater than 14.00 (means that the minimum speed to calculate the achievement is 3 minutes/km and the maximum is 14 minutes/km).
  • If you register or connect to the Tracking app after an event is in progress, the results will only be recognized after successful registration or successful app connection.
  • Strava results need to be public and show GPS map
  • For activities with a valid average speed (Pace) but with invalid or abnormal Pace per km, reserves the right to review and exclude these cases.
  • Activities created by Strava's Add Manual Entry or Upload File feature (for example GPX, FIT, TCX ...) will be considered invalid.
  • In case the runner has a complaint about the final result, the runner needs to notify the organizer before 23:59, 18/05/2022. After the above time, the Organizer will not resolve any complaints, and the previous decision will be considered final.
  • For activities that use the "Add Others" function on Strava (also known as Group Activities - Add friends, Group activity), the activity of the "Tag" person will be counted as invalid, the system only records the activity of the main participant.
  • No more than 02 Split Pace (Pace per kilometer) less than or greater than the average Pace specified.
  • By registering for the race, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all requests made by the Organizer. In the event of a complaint about the results, the final decision-making power belongs to the Organizing Committee.

5. PRIZE

  • Official results and awards will be reviewed and officially announced at 20:00 pm on May 15, 2022.
  • Any runner who violates PSR22 - Virtual 's rules or the organizers discover cases of fraud, the organizer will refuse the right to receive prizes or achievements.
  • The prize must be granted according to the regulations of the Organizer. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash. Runners receive prizes in accordance with the rules and regulations as well as the terms and conditions of the Organizer.
  •  All complaints against winners or results must be made before 23:59, 18/05/2022. After the above time, the Organizer will not resolve any complaints, and the previous decision will be considered final.
  • Runners are solely responsible for paying any taxes related to receiving prizes.

6. APPENDIX

  • The Organizer has the right to change, supplement, or abolish all or part of the race rules based on the actual situation.
  • Runners will be bound by regulatory changes or additions prior to the race.
  • Failure to comply with the rules of the race, including changes, will result in the cancellation of performance results and prizes.
  • Any individual who disagrees with any clause of the above provisions must submit a request 10 days before the race starts and must state the reason for the request, then receive an exception handling response from The Organizer
